CYCLEHOUSE SERVICES INC., and its affiliates (also collectively referred to as “CycleHouse”, “Company”, “we”, “our” and “us”) established this Data Privacy Policy to show that we recognize and value your privacy rights. We are committed to respecting and protecting your personal data privacy as a visitor of this mobile app/ and our social media accounts. We will keep secure and confidential any personal information and sensitive personal information (“Personal Data”) you may provide us or that the CycleHouse may collect from you unless required to be disclosed by law, rules, or regulations or with your authorization.

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the Personal Data that we collect via our Mobile App and social media accounts (such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter TikTok) with social media account names: Cycle House the Philippines, cyclehousephilippines and CycleHouse Philippines, how we collect, disclose and process the Personal Data, and the means by which you can control, to a certain extent, these processes.

By interacting with us, submitting information to us, or signing up for any products or services offered by us, you agree and consent to CycleHouse, as well as to our representatives and/or agents, collecting, using, disclosing, processing, and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to our authorized service provider/s and relevant third parties.

This Privacy Policy complements and does not limit or replace, the purposes for which you provide CycleHouse with your Personal Data which may be expressly given in any form for submission of Personal Data to CycleHouse or as required under the law.

Your use of this Website and social media accounts and our services, and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions/Site Disclaimer and Link Policy available from our homepage, and the Terms of Use and Disclosure as posted in our Facebook account, including any applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Said Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use and Disclosure are incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy. If at any time you choose not to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should not use this Website and the social media accounts.

This Privacy Policy applies only in circumstances governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (“DPA”). CycleHouse may amend this Privacy Policy by posting the amended Privacy Policy on this site.

When you use CycleHouse, we collect Personal Data from you which may depend on your particular interaction with CycleHouse and the services. When we require you to register through CycleHouse, answer the information sheet, register with us, request a booking, or services, inquire or provide feedback, or in order to contact us, we collect Personal Data from you such as your full name, address, contact number, mobile numbers, email address, date of birth, nationality, copy of your Identification Card (ID). Likewise, your interaction with us through social media may give rise to the collection by us of Personal Data such as your name, contact number, and email address, in order for us to respond to your inquiries or refer you to corporate activities. Any additional Personal Data that you may provide through your correspondence(s) with us in connection with your concerns shall also be considered and treated as Personal Data.

IV. Use of Personal Data

We use your Personal Data to provide you with products, and services and to respond to your inquiries. We also use your Personal Data as follows:

  • For all other purposes necessary for orders, purchases, products, services, and other incidental services pursuant to your transaction. To make your profile accessible to the network and partners of CycleHouse wherein your profile will allow other registered users to communicate with you via the site’s messaging system.

We will provide you with choices regarding the use and disclosure of your Personal Information for marketing purposes.

If you connect to CycleHouse using Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, and Twitter, we may show your reviews, photos, videos that your Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter friends have posted, shared, saved, or purchased on CycleHouse, note that, if you have social media accounts (such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Tiktok) and friends who are connected to CycleHouse, they may also share information about you with us through social media accounts. If you wish to prevent that sharing, please review your social media accounts’ privacy settings.

You can also choose to access third-party social media websites and services through CycleHouse. When you do so, you are sharing information with those sites, and the information you share is governed by their privacy policies.

Please consider who you choose to share your information with, as people can see your activity on our products and services. When you share a post or send a message to specific friends or accounts, they can download, screenshot, or re-share such content with others. When you comment on someone else’s post or react to their content, your comment or reaction will likewise be visible to anyone who can see the other person’s content, and that person can later change their audience.

When you visit the CycleHouse MOBILE APP or any of our affiliates’ web pages that are hosted by us, our web server automatically recognizes and collects your IP address, which is assigned by your Internet Service Provider and does not identify you personally.

VI. PROCESSING OF INFORMATION BY THIRD-PARTY AND LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

This Data Privacy Policy shall not apply to third-party service providers and to other websites which have a white-label link to our Sites. The processing of your Personal Information on the third party’s Sites is subject to their respective Data Privacy Policy. In no event will the Company be responsible for the information these third parties will collect and process, nor will the Company be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the use of or reliance on a such third party.

We have established appropriate physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect the Personal Information provided to us.
